I suppose I've always been a theorist. When I taught math I especially loved category theory, aka "general abstract nonsense." When I went to law school I really wanted to understand how the world works - not in a scientific sense, but in terms of human behavior, especially with respect to the uses of power. If you're going to change the world, I thought, you need power. I have in mind that man's custodianship of the earth should continue indefinitely, which implies we must care for the planet as well as the people. Certainly these theories reflect my perspective, my values, my opinions.
I offer no proofs of these theories; decide for yourself based on the available evidence.
